Carriers bill thousands of lines at the end of the month, and something always slips through: extra kilos, surcharges that don't apply, repeated shipments. Drop the CSV invoice here and the auditor checks it line by line against the agreed tariff.

Format it understands

Columns tracking, date, carrier, service, country, postcode, billed_weight_kg, declared_weight_kg, length_cm, width_cm, height_cm, base, fuel, surcharges, total. In any order.

Separators Semicolon or comma, detected automatically. Decimals with a comma or a dot, dates like 2026-09-01 or 01/09/2026.

Surcharges In a single column, as CODE:amount separated by |. For example NETWORK_FEE:0.10|REMOTE:5.00.

Tariffs The same made-up tariffs as the rate engine. Chargeable weight is the larger of actual and volumetric (length × width × height / 5000).
